Through Phoenix
Resources, once the design is proven and pre-production is
warranted, my prototype facilities transfer tooling to their
allied facilities who then ramp up production. In this way, your
firm pays for the tooling once and has the benefits of the
engineering (design for manufacturing) effort which took place
in the prototype/development stage thereby saving time which is
often lost in duplicating the learning curve experienced at the
production stage that was achieved at the prototype facility. |

product will be deployed in vast numbers we have Pac-Rim alliance
partners who can, at our client's request, provide extremely
competitive production pricing with production quantity deliveries in as
little as two weeks as well as domestic (US) liaison such that
time zone differences and language barriers are not felt by our clients.
